For Fashion Revolution Week, I’m opening up a small, intimate session where we’ll create something new from what already exists.
You will design and make your own oversized collar using a selection of vintage lace, embroidered tablecloths, trims and fabrics I’ve collected over years of designing and sourcing. Pieces that would otherwise be forgotten, now ready to be reimagined.
Each collar begins with a pre-cut base, and from there you’ll layer, stitch and build something entirely your own.
No patterns. No pressure. No experience needed.
Just a few hours to create something beautiful — and leave with a piece you’ll actually wear.
The Setting
This session takes place within the Shop Gal space — surrounded by garments, colour, and the energy of a working boutique.
You’ll settle into a shared table, working with textiles, trims and materials as you create your own piece.
Come alone or with a friend — this is a space to slow down, make something beautiful, and see your wardrobe differently.
