  • Shipping and Handling:
    This Purchase Price excludes shipping. Costs vary based on location and will be invoiced separately. International orders may incur customs fees.

  • Sourcing & Service Scope:
    Creation of your bespoke garment will take approximately 4-6 weeks.
    The service includes designing, sourcing fabric, upcycling or creating.
    Excludes footwear, undergarments, swimwear, and specific high-end brands unless pre-agreed.
    Specific brands are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

  • Order Changes and Cancellations:
    Order changes are accepted within 48 hours of placement. Cancellations are not accepted once sourcing begins.

  • Return Policy:
    Returns are not accepted for Special Occasion Boxes - due to the garments being custom made

  • Delivery Time & Postage options:
    Times and costs are contingent upon the size of your package, your location, and the type of shipping service selected. We strive to find the best shipping options to ensure your vintage treasures arrive safely and in a timely manner.
